As a Manager within a local government business unit, I deal with many suppliers of goods and services. Unfortunately, issues with reliability and service are often an area of concern. It has been 6 months since you removed the existing air conditioning system and replaced it with Daikin. We noticed from the very first time we turned the Daikin on, it was so quiet compared to the old unit. Unlike the Daikin unit the old unit consistently failed since it was installed. Which resulted in its removal after only 2 years. The other huge advantage is the ease at which the Daikin keeps the required temperature. To date the Daikin unit has never failed to operate perfectly in every sense of the word. I would hope that this letter would help others in making the right decision in choosing a Daikin unit the first time round. |

We were dreading the installation of the air conditioning because of the anticipated mess, after all the evaporative system had to be removed and the new Daikin system installed. But the whole installation went very smoothly and quickly and the anticipated aggravation did not occur. All your installers operated efficiently, were very friendly and we are very happy with the results.
