The Seasonmaker DF series is a new unique range of advanced design evaporative air conditioning units, with a variety of output capacities to suit commercial or industrial cooling applications from fruit packing sheds, pigeries to the home handyman. Unlike any other commercial evaporative air conditioners on the market, the Seasonmaker DF series uses two unique V2 direct drive fans to deliver superior cooling performance, low maintenance and the lowest operating costs of any commercial evaporative cooling system on the market.
The new Seasonmaker DF series cools the air from the ground up with air directed to the ground level. The result is that the new DF series is both significantly cheaper to install than a smaller capacity unit can be installed and significantly cheaper to run than comparable commercial evaporative cooling units, as it cools the working area only. The fan and pump motors are manufactured in Australia, especially for Celair Units. Our suppliers regularly consult with our engineers to ensure continuing reliability. All motors used in the small Celiar Units are 'tropical proof' construction and all pump motors feature stainless steel shafts which eliminate maintenance due to their immersion in water.

Low Running Costs:
The DF series is also up to 80% cheaper to run than comparable refrigerated units and 30% cheaper to run than comparable commercial ducted evaporative units. It employs the latest in aerodynamic research technology to ensure the most efficient operation and maximum airflow.
The single phase Seasonmaker DF series does not have large 3 phase motor costs with the DF2 unit running costs equivalent to that of a small single-phase centrifugal unit. The DF's small capacity water reservoir also means significantly lower water consumption than comparable 3 phase commercial evaporative units.
Testing has proven that the new Seasonmaker DF series redefines the way in which commercial air conditioners operate. All other forms of commercial air conditioners work on the principle of cooling the whole area of an application. The supply of cool air at ceiling height is inefficient due to thermal stratification causing it to be heated prior to reaching the area to be cooled. |

Robust, Compact Low Maintenance Design:
The Seasonmaker DF series mounts neatly into the wall with a 300mm internal protrusion. Each unit is manufactured from powder coated marine grade aluminium and has stainless steel fastenings.
The fan housing area is inside the wall with each unit having two adjustable 500mm diffusers. This means that there is no requirements for plenum and ductwork clearances over the general floor area.
Maintenance costs are lower due to the DF's unique V2 direct drive fan. The direct drive dual fan system has no bearing belts or pulleys to drain energy or wear out. The DF's Celdek louvres are easy to remove and each DF unit has Celair's patented Dialflo water management system, the most reliable water menagement system on the market. Each DF unit utilises simple to use variable speed controls.
The Seasonmaker DF series delivers large air volumes at up to 90% cooling saturation efficiency. This makes the DF unit ideal for the most commercial and industrial applications - from shearing sheds to glass houses to large factories, the Seasonmaker DF series is up to the job. The Seasonmaker DF series is ideal in environments that would benefit from non-recycled air or where smoke or fumes need to be expelled.

Models starting from our small XR8 unit right up to our massive XP70 model means that Celair can provide the exact model to suit your every requirement. Models available XR8, XR10, XR12, XR14, XR15 (1 phase), XR15_3, XP16, XP20, XP30, XP40, XP50, XP60, XP70, (3 phase) giving airflow performance from 1350l/s right up to 19375l/s nominal output. All Celair Commercial units are manufactured from durable marine grade aluminium, finished with a beige silicone polyester coating baked on at 300C.
